Weigh In Loss



My Friday morning WI with WW and I'm down 2.4lbs as you can see from my graphic.  

I have tried to find balance in my eating, work outs and life.  Eat the cake and hit the treadmill.   Enjoy the little moments in life that are focused around food and people and still find the commitment to myself and my goal of losing weight and being healthy.
